The following figure shows the comparison of testing standard naphthalene using an imported C18 packing with a pore size of 100?, a particle size of 20-45μm, and QuikSep C18A30 filler from Huideyi Company, pre-packed in a 10×250mm column, under a mobile phase condition of methanol/water=80/20. The results indicate that the column efficiency and peak shape are comparable to the original imported product, making it a preferred alternative to imported products.
