1. Technical support for chromatography purification equipment;
2. Installation and debugging of chromatography equipment before sales;
3. Provide after-sales technical support for chromatography equipment;
4. Assisted the designer in compiling equipment operating procedures, introduction, application materials, publicity color pages, operation manuals, etc., and provided technical training for internal and external personnel;
5. Collect and sort out market information;
6. On-site or online technical consultation, maintenance and after-sales work of the equipment.
